RAZ Vape FAQ

Thirty straight answers about RAZ disposable vapes from the US retailer that ships them: nicotine strength, real-world puff life, charging times, what to do when a device blinks, which states we cannot ship to, and how returns work. Every answer sticks to what the manufacturer prints on the box and what happens in our own warehouse.

All RAZ Vape Questions

Is RAZ the same brand as raz bar and the double-Z spelling?

Yes. The brand is RAZ, spelled with one Z and no Bar in the name. Shoppers type it many ways: razz vape, raz bar, raz bars, even one-word variants. So many disposables end in Bar (Elf Bar, Geek Bar) that people assume RAZ must follow the same pattern, and the double-Z spelling follows the way the name sounds. Every one of those spellings points to the same lineup of devices we stock: TN9000, LTX 25K, RYL Classic 35K, RX 50K and VUE 50K. If you searched any of those spellings and landed here, you are in the right place. The full RAZ bar lineup is on our home page with live stock for each flavor.

Is RAZ Vape Bar the manufacturer of RAZ vapes?

No. RAZ Vape Bar is a US online retailer. We buy RAZ devices, hold them in our own US warehouse and ship them to adult customers. We do not design, produce or package the devices, and we do not run the manufacturer verification page that checks scratch-off codes. That distinction matters when you have a question: for order status, shipping, returns and defective units, email us and we will handle it. For questions about how a device is built or which materials go into it, the only reliable source is what the manufacturer prints on the packaging, and we repeat that information rather than adding claims of our own. Read more about who we are on the about RAZ Vape Bar page.

Which RAZ models are currently made?

The current RAZ lineup has five device families. The RAZ TN9000 is the 9,000 puff model and the lightest to carry. The RAZ LTX 25K, also sold as DC25000, is the 25,000 puff dual-mode device with the widest flavor menu. The RAZ RYL Classic 35K is the leather-finish purse vape rated 35,000 puffs. The RAZ RX 50K Dew Edition is the 50,000 puff three-mode device. The RAZ VUE 50K is the newest platform: a rechargeable base plus pre-filled magnetic pods, each rated 50,000 puffs. RAZ does not make a 12K, a 30K or any other puff number, so a listing with a different figure is not a RAZ product. Each model has its own page with specs and live flavor stock.

What is the difference between the RAZ LTX 25K and the RAZ DC25000?

Nothing. They are the same device under two names. RAZ LTX 25K is the name on the box and in most retailer listings; DC25000 is a catalog name that many stores and distributors still use. Both refer to the 25,000 puff device with an 800 mAh USB-C battery, an 18 mL sealed tank, a dual mesh coil and two power modes, Standard and Boost. If you see DC25000 flavors listed somewhere, they are the same flavor SKUs you find on our RAZ LTX 25K page. Frozen, Sour, Gush, Clear and Punch Edition flavors all belong to this platform, and new RAZ flavors usually appear here first.

Which RAZ vape lasts the longest?

By rated puff count the RAZ RX 50K and the RAZ VUE 50K tie at 50,000 puffs. In practice they behave differently. The RX 50K is a single sealed device: when the liquid readout hits zero, the device is done. The VUE 50K is a base plus pod system, so when a pod runs dry you snap on a new one and keep the same battery base. For most people the VUE stretches further over months of use because only the pod is replaced. Below the 50K class, the RYL Classic 35K sits at 35,000 puffs, the LTX 25K at 25,000 and the TN9000 at 9,000. Remember that Boost modes on the LTX and RX use more liquid per puff and shorten the real count.

What is the RAZ purse vape?

The RAZ purse vape is the RAZ RYL Classic 35K. It gets the nickname from its shell: a leather-finish polymer body with stitching detail and a strap loop, styled to ride in a handbag rather than a pocket. It is rated 35,000 puffs, runs a 900 mAh USB-C battery and shows battery and liquid on a screen. The USB-C port sits in the shell seam on the base edge. Editions are production runs: Pearl is white leather, the Spring collection uses pastel shells with fruit-leaning flavors, and Winter uses a snow theme with iced profiles. When a run sells through, those SKUs go out of stock until they are printed again. Live availability is on the RAZ purse vape page.

Can the RAZ VUE 50K base be used as a power bank?

No. People search for a RAZ VUE power bank because the base looks like a small battery pack, but the base has no USB output. Its 900 mAh cell only powers the pod that snaps onto it. You charge the base over its USB-C port; you cannot charge a phone or anything else from it. Think of the base as the reusable half of the device: it holds the battery, the screen and the two contacts that read the pod, and it carries your battery level across pod swaps. The kit ships with one base and one pod, no spare pod and no wall brick. Details are on the RAZ VUE 50K page.

How much nicotine is in a RAZ vape?

The standard strength across every RAZ device is 5% nicotine, which is 50 mg/mL, in nicotine salt e-liquid. That applies to the TN9000, LTX 25K, RYL Classic 35K, RX 50K and VUE 50K pods. RAZ does not sell a 2% or 20 mg version for the US market, so if you see a 2% RAZ listed it is not a US product. Zero Nicotine SKUs do exist on some platforms, and they are marked in the flavor name so you cannot confuse them with the 5% version. Nicotine is an addictive chemical; all RAZ products are for adults 21 and over, and we verify age before an order ships.

Does RAZ make a nicotine free vape?

Yes, on certain platforms. Factory 0% versions exist on the RAZ TN9000 and the RAZ LTX 25K. They are separate SKUs with Zero Nicotine in the flavor name, and they share the same hardware, tank, battery and flavor system as the 5% versions. The only difference is that the e-liquid contains no nicotine. Not every flavor has a 0% twin, and availability changes as batches arrive, so check the live list rather than assuming. We keep all of them together on the RAZ zero nicotine page, filtered straight from our inventory data. The RYL, RX and VUE lines are 5% only at this time.

Do RAZ vapes contain diacetyl?

We publish what the manufacturer states on the packaging: RAZ devices contain nicotine salt e-liquid at 5% strength, or 0% on the Zero Nicotine SKUs. We do not have an ingredient assay to publish, and we will not guess at one. If a specific compound matters to you, the packaging and the manufacturer are the only sources that can answer it, and we would rather say so plainly than repeat something we cannot verify. As a retailer we can confirm what we ship, from which warehouse, and how to check that a device is a real RAZ. What we cannot do is add laboratory claims about the liquid that the manufacturer has not printed.

How long does a RAZ vape last?

It depends on the model, the power mode and how you draw. The rated figures are 9,000 puffs for the TN9000, 25,000 for the LTX 25K in Standard mode, 35,000 for the RYL Classic 35K, 50,000 for the RX 50K in Normal mode and 50,000 per pod on the VUE 50K. Those ratings assume short standard draws. A heavy user taking long chain draws will finish sooner. On the LTX, Boost mode uses roughly a third more liquid per puff. On the RX, Boost cuts the count to about half and Super Boost to about 40%. The screen on every current model shows the liquid level, so you can watch the tank rather than counting puffs.

Why did my RAZ run out before the puff count?

Puff ratings are measured with short, standard draws in the base power mode. Three things shorten the real count. First, power modes: Boost on the LTX 25K and Boost or Super Boost on the RX 50K vaporize more liquid per draw, so the tank empties faster. Second, draw length: a three-second pull uses several times the liquid of a one-second pull but counts as one puff. Third, chain draws heat the coil and thicken the vapor, again using more liquid. None of these is a defect. If the screen liquid readout reached zero, the device performed as designed. If the device stopped with liquid still showing, that is a different problem; see our RAZ vape not working guide.

Can you refill a RAZ vape?

No. The TN9000, LTX 25K, RYL Classic 35K and RX 50K all use a sealed tank with no fill port. When the liquid readout on the screen reaches zero, the device is finished and should be recycled according to your local rules for batteries and electronics. The VUE 50K is the exception in spirit: you do not refill it, but you replace the pod. Each pre-filled 13 mL pod is rated 50,000 puffs, snaps onto the base magnetically and seats one way. When it runs dry, swap in a fresh one from the RAZ VUE pods page. Pods fit the VUE base only and cannot be opened or topped up.

How do I charge a RAZ vape?

Every current RAZ device charges over USB-C. Use any standard USB-C cable and a normal 5V wall block or a computer port. No charger or cable is included in the box for any RAZ model, so keep a spare cable handy. Avoid high-wattage fast-charge bricks, which run hot and add nothing because the device draws only what it needs. On screened models the display shows the charging percentage. If nothing lights up when you plug in, swap the cable first; cables fail far more often than devices do. A deeply drained battery may need 15 to 30 minutes on the cable before the screen wakes. The full walkthrough by model is in our RAZ vape charger guide.

How long does a RAZ vape take to charge?

From low battery on a standard 5V USB block: the TN9000 charges in under an hour, the LTX 25K in about 60 to 75 minutes, the RYL Classic 35K in 70 to 90 minutes, the RX 50K in about 90 minutes and the VUE 50K base in roughly 60 to 90 minutes. Larger batteries take longer, which is why the 1000 mAh RX sits at the top. These figures assume a working cable and a normal block. If a device seems to charge much slower than listed, try another cable and port before assuming a fault. You do not need to wait for a full charge before drawing; a partial charge works the same, it simply lasts less time.

How do I charge a RAZ pod without the battery?

You cannot. A RAZ VUE 50K pod contains e-liquid, a coil and the contacts that connect to the base. It has no battery of its own and no charging port. All the power lives in the 900 mAh base, which charges over USB-C. If your base is lost or dead, the only route back to a working device is a new VUE kit, which includes a base and one pod; RAZ does not sell the base on its own. Searches for a magnetic RAZ pod charger usually come from the way the pod attaches: it snaps onto the base with magnets, but that connection carries power to the pod, not into it. See charging a RAZ pod without the battery for the full explanation.

How do I turn a RAZ vape on and off?

RAZ devices are draw-activated, so they ship ready to use and wake when you inhale. There is no fire button. On the screened models that carry a mode or power button, the TN9000, LTX 25K, RYL Classic 35K, RX 50K and the VUE base, a rapid triple-press of that button toggles the device off and on. Devices without a button cannot be switched off; they simply sleep between draws. The same triple-press works as a reset if a screened device behaves oddly. On the TN9000 an airflow slider on the base tightens or loosens the draw. Step-by-step notes for each model, including mode switching and pod seating, are in our RAZ vape instructions.

How do I switch modes on the RAZ LTX 25K and RX 50K?

On the RAZ LTX 25K, press the button to move between Standard and Boost. Standard delivers the full 25,000 puff rating; Boost is warmer and denser and uses roughly a third more liquid per puff. The screen shows which mode is active. On the RAZ RX 50K, each press cycles Normal, Boost and Super Boost. Normal gives the full 50,000 puff rating, Boost about half and Super Boost about 40%. Holding the RX button locks and unlocks the device so it does not change mode in a pocket. The TN9000 and RYL Classic 35K have a single power mode and no mode switching. The RAZ RX 50K page covers the three-mode system in detail.

How do I change a RAZ VUE pod?

Pull the old pod straight off the base; the magnets release with light force. Take the new pod, line it up with the keyed contacts, and press until it clicks. The pod is shaped to seat only one way, so if it will not go on, rotate it rather than forcing it. The screen in the base registers the new pod within about a second and the liquid readout resets for the fresh pod while the battery reading carries over. A half-used pod can be removed and stored upright in a drawer, then swapped back later. Every so often, brush the two base contacts with a dry brush to keep the connection clean. Fresh pods are sold singly on the RAZ refill pods page.

Why is my RAZ vape blinking?

A blinking light or a flashing screen on a RAZ almost always means low battery. Plug the device into a known-good USB-C cable and a normal 5V block and give it 30 minutes before deciding anything else is wrong. A deeply drained cell can take 15 to 30 minutes on the cable before the screen shows life at all. If the blinking continues after a full charge, run through the basics: check that the liquid readout is not at zero, try a second cable, and use the rapid triple-press to power-cycle a screened device. Blinking that appears only while you draw usually points to an empty tank rather than a battery issue. Our RAZ vape blinking section walks through each case.

My RAZ is not working after charging. What should I check?

Work through four checks in order. One: swap the cable and use a plain 5V block; a cable that lights the screen may still fail to deliver a proper charge. Two: leave a deeply drained device on the cable for 15 to 30 minutes, because a very low cell can take that long to accept charge. Three: triple-press the button on screened models to power-cycle the device. Four: look at the liquid readout. If it reads zero the tank is empty and no amount of charging will make it fire; the device is finished. On a VUE, also reseat the pod until it clicks. If the screen never lights after all four steps, email us with your order number and a short video and we will sort out a replacement under the return policy.

My brand new RAZ vape is not working. What now?

First, pull any sticker or film covering the airflow hole or mouthpiece; devices ship with protective covers that block the draw. Take three firm draws to wake the sensor. If the screen stays dark, put the device on a USB-C cable for 20 minutes, since units can arrive with a low charge after time in transit. Check the mode indicator on LTX and RX models to confirm the device is on. On a TN9000 make sure the airflow slider is open. On a VUE, confirm the pod is seated with a click. If the screen never lights after charging, stop there and email support@razvapebar.com with your order number, the model and a short video of the fault. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced; see RAZ vape not working brand new for the full checklist.

Why does my RAZ taste burnt?

Two causes account for nearly every burnt-taste report. The first is a nearly empty tank: as liquid runs low the coil gets less to vaporize and the flavor turns harsh. Check the liquid readout on the screen; if it is close to zero, the device is near the end of its life. The second is long chain draws, which overheat the coil faster than it can rewick. Give the device a minute between draws. On the LTX 25K and RX 50K, Boost modes push more power and reach the end of the tank sooner, so a burnt note in Boost with liquid still showing usually means the pace of draws, not a fault. A burnt taste from the very first draw of a new device is unusual; contact support if that happens.

What do Frozen, Ice, Gush and the other RAZ flavor labels mean?

RAZ flavor names describe the profile in the name itself, and the sub-series word tells you the style. Ice means medium cooling on top of the fruit. Frozen means heavy menthol. Gush means candy-sweet fruit. Sour means tart candy. Clear Sapphire is a cool mint and Clear Diamond is heavy menthol. Punch Edition flavors are fruit punch blends. Yummy flavors are sweet, gummy-style profiles. On the TN9000 some names carry a description in parentheses, such as Tiffany (Kiwi Watermelon), which tells you the blend directly. Most of these sub-series live on the LTX 25K platform, where new flavors usually debut. Browse all RAZ flavors by device for the complete list with live stock.

What are Batch and Code flavors on the RAZ RX 50K?

The RAZ RX 50K Dew Edition names its flavors in two groups. Batch flavors describe the fruit directly, for example Lemon Batch, Triple Berry Batch, Watermelon Batch and White Peach Batch. Code flavors are named by color: Code Blue, Code Green, Code Pink, Code Red and Code White. A Code name is a flavor name, nothing more. It has no connection to the scratch-off authentication code inside the box flap, which is a separate thing used to verify the device. Each Code flavor is a color-themed Dew Edition profile, and the best way to learn the taste is the flavor notes on the RAZ RX Batch flavors page, where in-stock and sold-out SKUs are shown live.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1 business day from our US warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once the carrier label is created you receive a tracking number by email, and the tracking page updates as the package moves. Stock badges on every product page reflect live warehouse inventory, so anything shown as in stock ships without a backorder wait. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your distance from the warehouse; most orders arrive within a few business days. If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, email us within seven days with your order number and we will open a carrier trace. Full details are on our shipping policy page.

Which states can you not ship to?

We do not ship flavored vapor products to New York, Massachusetts, Utah or New Jersey, or to cities and counties that restrict them. If your address falls in a restricted area, checkout will not complete for that address. We ship to adults 21 and over in the rest of the United States and do not ship internationally. Age verification happens at checkout, and an adult signature may be required on delivery depending on your state and carrier, so plan for someone 21 or older to be available when the package arrives. If you are unsure whether your locality is served, email support@razvapebar.com with your ZIP code before ordering and we will check. Local pickup options are covered in our RAZ vapes near me guide.

What is your return policy?

Two kinds of returns are accepted. Manufacturing defects, such as dead on arrival, no draw activation or screen failure, are replaced. Email support@razvapebar.com with your order number, the device model and a short video of the fault, ideally within 30 days of delivery. Before writing in, swap the cable and try the rapid triple-press reset, since those two steps resolve most reports. Unopened, unused products in sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; contact us for the return address first and note that return postage is paid by the buyer. Opened or used vapor products cannot be returned unless defective, and flavor preference is not a defect. Wrong-item errors are corrected at our cost.

How do I verify my RAZ vape is real?

Every RAZ box carries a scratch-off authentication code inside the flap. Scratch it, enter it on the manufacturer verification page, and read the result. A first-time check comes back valid; repeat checks of the same code show already queried, which is expected if you or someone else checked it before. Beyond the code, look at the packaging: crisp print, correct model names (TN9000, LTX 25K or DC25000, RYL Classic 35K, RX 50K, VUE 50K) and no invented puff counts, since RAZ makes no 12K or 30K device. If a code fails on a device you bought from us, photograph the box, the code and the device and email support with your order number. Our step-by-step guide is at verify a RAZ vape.

How do I contact RAZ customer service?

Email support@razvapebar.com. That address handles order status, shipping questions, returns, defective devices, authentication problems and wholesale enquiries. We reply within one business day. To speed things up, include your order number in the subject line, the device model, and for a fault, a short video showing the problem. For order changes, write before the tracking number is issued; once the carrier has the package it follows the return process instead. We do not offer phone support, and we will never ask for card details by email. Our contact us page lists what to include for each kind of request so the first reply can be the one that solves it.
