What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, shipping address, email address and, if you provide it, phone number needed to verify your age, process payment, ship the order and answer questions about it. Card payments are processed at checkout by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are retained briefly for security and aggregate traffic analysis. This site sets no marketing cookies.
How we use it
Order details are used to fulfil and support your order, including age verification and carrier tracking, and are shared only with the carrier and payment processor as needed to complete it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
If you email support@razvapebar.com we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to answer it and to resolve any related order issue. Addresses are never sold, shared or added to lists you did not ask for.
Age
This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 21.
