Here is the hardware sheet for the LTX, stated the way we would read it to you over the counter. Nothing on this table is a guess. If a number is not listed here, it is because the manufacturer does not publish it and we will not make one up.

The two numbers that matter most in day-to-day use are the 18 mL tank and the 800 mAh cell. The tank is what sets the 25,000 puff rating. The cell is what sets how often you plug in. An 800 mAh battery will not carry you through 18 mL on a single charge, so the LTX is a device you recharge several times over its life. That is normal and expected. Treat the battery like a phone battery and the tank like a fuel gauge, and the screen makes both easy to watch.

DC25000 and LTX 25K are the same device

This is the question we get asked most about this model, so let us settle it up front. The RAZ DC25000 and the RAZ LTX 25K are one product. The manufacturer uses both marks. Some distributors picked up the DC25000 name early and never changed their listings. Others use LTX 25K because that is what is printed largest on the device. Neither is a knockoff of the other, neither is an older revision, and neither has a different flavor menu.

If you have been shopping around and saw a RAZ vape 25000 listed under one name at one store and the other name at a second store, you were looking at the same hardware. When you compare listings, compare the flavor and the stock status, not the name. When someone asks us whether the RAZ DC25000 flavors are different from the LTX flavors, the answer is no; the RAZ 25000 flavors list is one list.

The one place the double name causes real confusion is authentication. People scratch the code inside the box flap, see LTX printed on the device and DC25000 printed on the box, and worry that the two do not match. They do match. Standard vs Boost mode on the LTX

The LTX has one button and two power modes. Press it and the screen flips between Standard and Boost. That is the whole interface. There is no menu to scroll and nothing to hold down. What Standard mode does

Standard is the mode the 25,000 puff rating is measured in. The draw is cooler and lighter, closer to what you get from the smaller RAZ TN9000. Flavor is clean rather than dense. If you want the device to last as long as the box says, leave it in Standard and forget the button exists.

What Boost mode does

Boost pushes the dual mesh coil harder. The vapor comes out warmer and thicker, and sweet profiles like the Gush series taste heavier. The trade is liquid. Boost uses roughly a third more liquid per puff, so a tank that would give you the full rating in Standard will finish noticeably sooner if you live in Boost. The battery also drains faster per puff, which means more charging stops.

How most people actually use the two modes

In our experience customers settle into a pattern within a day. Some keep Standard all day and flip to Boost for the first few draws after a meal or with coffee. Some stay in Boost from the start and accept the shorter life, treating the LTX like a bigger, warmer 9K. Neither is wrong. The screen will tell you the truth either way: watch the liquid bar drop and adjust. If the device seems to be tasting burnt near the end, it is almost always the tank running low, and Boost reaches that point first.

Frozen means the strongest cooling in the RAZ lineup. The fruit is still there, but the menthol sits on top of it. If Ice flavors feel mild to you, Frozen is the step up.

Ice, mint and everything else

The rest of the menu is the classic RAZ range: Ice flavors with medium cooling, mints like Miami Mint and New York Mint, tobacco, and straight fruit blends without a sub-series tag. A note on how we describe taste. We do not run a flavor lab. Our descriptions come from the flavor name and the sub-series meaning, which is how the manufacturer signals the profile. Watermelon Ice is watermelon plus cooling. Frozen Banana is banana under heavy menthol. Triple Berry Gush is three berries in candy form. If a name is ambiguous, ask us before you buy a five-pack of it.

Zero nicotine LTX 25K

The LTX platform is one of two RAZ devices that ships in a factory 0% version. These are not a separate product line with different hardware. The Zero Nicotine SKUs use the same 800 mAh cell, the same 18 mL tank, the same dual mesh coil and the same Standard/Boost switch. The only change is the liquid, which contains no nicotine. Two things to know before ordering a 0% LTX. First, the standard strength on everything else is 5% nicotine salt; there is no 2% or 20 mg RAZ for the US market, so it is 5% or 0% and nothing between. Second, the 0% versions are still flavored vapor products, so the same state shipping restrictions apply. Charging the LTX and how long it lasts

The LTX charges over USB-C from a normal 5V block. Nothing ships in the box, so you will use a cable you already own. From low to full takes about 60 to 75 minutes. The screen shows a charging percentage while it is plugged in, so there is no guessing when it is done. If you plug in and nothing lights, swap the cable before anything else; cables fail far more often than devices do. A cell that has sat fully drained for a while may need 15 to 30 minutes on the cable before the screen wakes up.

Battery life versus tank life

These are two different clocks and people mix them up constantly. Battery life is how long between charges. Tank life is how long until the device is finished. On the LTX, battery life is a matter of hours to a day or two depending on use and mode. Tank life is a matter of weeks for most people. You will charge the LTX many times before the tank runs dry. When the liquid readout hits zero, the device is done, and no amount of charging brings it back. That is what sealed means.

When it stops hitting

If the LTX stops producing vapor, run the checks in order: battery (charge 30 minutes on a known-good cable), liquid (readout at zero means finished), mode (make sure you did not accidentally lock into a state you did not expect), and then a rapid triple-press to power-cycle the screen. Nine times out of ten it is the battery. Storage

Keep the LTX upright when it is not in your pocket. Storing it face down or leaving it in a hot car is the most common cause of leaking we hear about. Room temperature and mouthpiece up is all it needs.

LTX 25K vs TN9000 vs RX 50K

The LTX sits in the middle of the RAZ range, and the honest way to decide is to look at what is above and below it.

Pick the TN9000 if pocket size matters more than anything, if you want the adjustable airflow slider, or if you want the model most counters already stock. It is the lightest RAZ and the one people recognize. Its flavor list uses descriptive names in parentheses, which some customers prefer.

Pick the LTX 25K if you want the biggest flavor choice, a Boost mode for a warmer draw, or a 0% option that is not the 9K. This is the RAZ LTX most of our repeat customers end up on. It is a few dollars more than the TN9000 and it lasts far longer, which is why it wins on value for anyone who vapes daily.

Pick the RAZ RX 50K if you want the longest sealed-tank life RAZ makes, a third power mode, and a button lock for bag or pocket carry. Its flavor list is narrower and built around the Dew Edition Batch and Code names, so check that a profile you like is on it before choosing it over the LTX.
