Processing & Delivery

Orders ship within 1 business day from our US warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. Stock badges on product pages reflect live warehouse inventory, so anything shown in stock ships without a backorder delay. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Age Verification (21+)

All orders are for adults 21+ only, including orders for zero-nicotine RAZ devices. Under federal law (the Tobacco 21 amendment, in force since December 2019) the minimum age to buy any tobacco product in the United States, vapes included, is 21 in every state.

1. Place your order. Checkout takes your name, shipping address and payment as usual.
2. Upload your ID. Right after the order is placed we email you a secure link to upload a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID (US driver's license, state ID card or passport). If the photo has not arrived, a reminder follows about a day later.
3. We check it. Our verification staff confirm the date of birth shows you are 21 or older and that the ID matches the order.
4. The order ships. Once approved, the order joins the normal dispatch queue above.

An order that fails verification does not ship. Returning customers who have already been verified are not asked to upload again. The ID photo is used only to confirm your age, is stored privately and can be opened only by the staff who review it. If your order has not shipped, the most common reason is an ID upload still waiting: check your inbox and spam folder for the upload email.

State Restrictions

We ship to most US states. Some states, cities and counties restrict flavored vapor products, and the list changes, so shipping availability is confirmed automatically at checkout: enter your shipping address and it shows right away. If your address cannot be served, checkout will not complete for that address. We do not ship internationally.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the buyer's shipping cost. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, email support@razvapebar.com with your order number within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will open a carrier trace.
