All Sales Are Final

We do not take back or exchange RAZ devices or pods once an order has shipped. That covers a change of mind, a flavor or model picked by mistake, and boxes that are still sealed and never used. Vapor products cannot be resold once they leave our warehouse, so a sale here is final. The one exception is a device that reaches you damaged or does not work, covered below.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival

If a device shows up damaged, or it will not work from the first use (no draw activation, a screen that never lights, a battery that will not take a charge), email support@razvapebar.com within 3 days of delivery. Send your order number, the device model and a photo or short video that shows the problem. Before writing in, run the two checks that resolve most reported cases: swap the USB-C cable, and use the rapid triple-press reset on screened devices. A device whose liquid readout shows zero has reached the end of its life and is not defective. Once we confirm the fault, we add a replacement of the same item to your next order at no charge. Faulty devices are replaced, not refunded.

What Does Not Qualify

Flavor preference is not a defect, and neither is a device that has simply been used up. If you are unsure which flavor suits you, the flavor notes on each product page and the RAZ vape flavors list exist for exactly that decision.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the shipping label is created. Orders ship within 1 business day, so write to us promptly. Once a tracking number exists, the order is in carrier hands and can no longer be cancelled.
